We allow returns within 30 days for non-custom jewelry. All returned goods must be in brand-new condition, without any wear, scratches or damage, and come with original boxes and packing.
No returns are accepted on custom-made jewelry, handmade personalized pieces and worn items.
For non-quality related returns, the customer pays the return shipping fee. We take care of all shipping costs for faulty or broken items upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed shortly after our team checks and confirms your returned order.
